Processing & Handling Times Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We ship plants on Mondays and Tuesdays.

    Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use UPS 3 DAY SELECT. Shipping rates are predetermined by box size and weight. Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 business days, but delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

    Cold & Hot Weather Shipping

During extreme temperatures, Uni-heat packs and thermal insulation are added to protect your plants. The cost of this material is worked into the shipping price with no additional upfront cost.

In severe weather, we may delay shipping to prevent plant damage. We will notify you of any delays.

Delayed shipping is instituted when the nighttime temperature is below 25°F.

    Packaging & Care

Plants are carefully wrapped and packaged with protectivve materials to reduce movement and prevent damage. Some plants, such as Rhaphidophora, Anthurium, and Hoya, may experience slight stress (yellowing or minor leaf loss) during shipping but should recover quickly.

Girl Run Farm ships large plants, so please ensure your shipping address can accommodate a larger box if needed.

    Damages & Refunds

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns.

We offer replacements, store credit, or partial refunds for plants that arrive in poor condition due to shipping.

    Order Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

  • Let them hang out in a bright, indirectly lit window. Make sure their temperature is stable and warm and avoid drafts. Wait 10 days (more if it’s a Hoya) before repotting.

  • I propagate in miniature greenhouses, using bottom heat and LED lights. I do not use mist. Newly propagated plants are transferred to a state-of-the-art indoor grow room. Temperature is 75F, humidity is 65% and the vertical grow space is outfitted with LED lights set for 14 hours of light at an average of 500-700 fc. I feed using a 15-5-15 formula at 100 ppm of Nitrogen at every irrigation. A 9-month slow-release fertilizer is added to the custom soil mix. Once plants are retail-ready, they are transferred to another indoor growing space with average household temperatures and humidity. All plants are grown without the use of pesticides. They are acclimated to lower temperatures and humidity before being listed in my store.

  • Yes!

  • I ship within the United States.

  • I ship every week on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Saturday’s.
