Plants that come with passion and an education!
Horticulture is a gift given by my family —
I grow pesticide-free plants, ready to arrive and thrive in your home. I was born to a family of devoted plant lovers. Horticulture was my family’s gift to me, passed down through generations. I studied horticulture at Michigan State University, embracing my inner dirt farmer. My career unfolded like a vista, with my life irrevocably entwined in horticulture. I’ve made lifelong friends and traveled throughout North America, The Northern Marianas Islands, and The Netherlands. Every experience, good or bad, has influenced how and what I grow.
Oftentimes, the toughest moments taught me the most and led me down the path to Girl Run Farm. I’ve learned how to grow big, juicy plants—without pesticides. I grow the plants that keep me learning and exploring. My customers share this enthusiasm, and the interactions with fellow plant lovers are the true reward for all the hard work. I love bringing joy into your home and life, creating excitement as you await your plants’ arrival—and then being astounded by their health and beauty. Watching them grow and flourish, inspires a lifelong education in plants. That’s why I grow.
